Thank you for choosing GST-BILL. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled.

Free trials

If you signed up for a free trial, you may cancel anytime during the trial period without charge. Unless otherwise specified, trials end automatically at the end of the trial period and you will not be billed.

Paid subscriptions

- You may cancel subscriptions at any time. Cancellation will stop future recurring charges.

• Refunds for past subscription payments are provided only in exceptional circumstances and are at the sole discretion of GST-BILL and subject to applicable law.

  One-time purchases

  One-time purchases (if any) are generally non-refundable unless explicitly stated.

  How to request a refund

  Contact our support team at admin@gst-bill.com with your order id and reason. We'll investigate and respond within 4-7 working days.

  Chargebacks

  If you file a chargeback with your bank or card issuer, we may suspend or terminate your account while investigating.
