Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

Subscriptions & Billing

Subscription plans, pricing and trial offers are described on the Pricing page. By subscribing, you authorize us and/or our payment processor (Razorpay) to charge recurring fees according to the plan you select. You are responsible for all taxes and fees associated with your subscription.

Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will prevent future recurring charges. Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for unlawful activities, to harass others, or to upload harmful content. Violations may result in account suspension or termination.

Intellectual Property

All content and software are the property of GST-BILL or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GST-BILL will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where AK CODELABS is registered.
